About the programme

Programme for migrants in an irregular administrative situation who meet the requirements for temporary residence through exceptional circumstances of social ties and can sign an employment contract; 12-month full-time contracts.

Requirements participants must meet:

• Not being citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, nor family members of citizens of these countries to whom the EU citizen regime applies.
• Prove continuous residence in Spain for at least the two years before the application date.
• Having no criminal record in Spain or previous countries of residence for offences under Spanish law.
• Hold a job offer of at least 12 months, full-time, or two or more contracts adding up to full time.
• Meet any other programme-specific requirements.

Objectives

• Promote the employment of migrants in situations of administrative vulnerability
• Help obtain residence permits through social ties (arraigo social)
• Support through the administrative and employment regularisation process
• Promote personal autonomy and social integration
